MASTER BROW STYLIST, PHIBROW EDUCATOR & FOUNDING DIRECTOR
With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Kim has revolutionised the brow business within Ireland by bringing HD Brows to the forefront and more noticeably by being the first to bring Phibrows Microblading to our shores. Having being bestowed with the title of Grand Master, this enabled Kim establish the PhiAcademy, Ireland’s first elite Microblading Training Academy.
Kim is the winner of numerous awards and accolades; Image Magazine “Best Makeup Artist 2014“, Image Magazine “Best Brow Artist 2015”, Image Magazine “Best Brow Artist runner up 2017”, runner up IMAGE ‘creative business woman of the year 2019‘ Irish Hair & Beauty Awards “ best creative makeup artist . Celebrity clients include Pippa O’Connor Ormond, Amy Huberman, Holly Carpenter, Indy Power, Glenda Gilson , Bairbre Power, Ingrid hoey, Louise Cooney , Rosie Connolly .

Deborah's passion is helping clients and being in service to them alongside an amazing team.
Her purpose is to connect with clients to have an understanding of what they need and direct them to what will serve them best in relation to treatments and the services we offer.
Deborah has been a manager for over 18 years and it's what she gets the most amount of joy from.
Helping the clients and the team to enjoy an environment that is filled with care, passion, and purpose and to deliver a great service every day on a consistent level.
Leticia
BROW AND LASH ARTIST, AND LIP ARTIST
Leticia is a highly accomplished brow artist. A career which started in Brazil where she trained Ans worked along side a master brow educator . When Letitia moved to Ireland she contained to peruse her passion for brows. We are so incredibly lucky to have Leticia on our team. She brings so much knowledge & expertise to our team.. Leticias brow style is a beautifully soft structured brow with a focus on optimising the brows potential by removing only the bare minimum.
Barbara
SENIOR PHIBROW ARTIST, BROW AND LASH ARTIST, AND LIP ARTIST
Barbara began her career in the eyebrow industry in 2021 in Brazil, where she took several professional courses, including Brow Lamination, Lash Lift and Microblading. After moving to Ireland and continuing her purpose and love of working with eyebrows, she completed courses in HD Brows, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Hydra Lips and PhiBrows. Today Barbara is a complete Senior Brow Artist who brings lightness, tranquility and incredible results to her services. Her preference is always natural results that enhance the natural beauty of her clients, boosting their self-esteem.
Andjela
BROW AND LASH ARTIST, PHIBROW ARTIST
Andjela specialised in brows and lashes since 2018. She has been qualified in powder brows 3 years now, and hopefully soon start doing Phi brows!
Andjela have successful background in self-employment and working in salons in Croatia. Andjela is passionate about helping others feel their best and always try to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel heard and confident. My style is soft, and natural, trying to make the best with what clients have. I love this job and making people happy is the best thing for me.
Niamh
BROW AND LASH ARTIST, AND LIP ARTIST
Niamh has trained and graduated from college in BFEI in 2018, Specialising with all things beauty and body until she found her love for lashes and brows along the way and wanted to focus on that. Her main drive is to make people feel confident in themselves and enhance there natural beauty and making my clients feel welcome and relaxed from the minute they’re with me❤️
